Working as a researcher in parallel to her clinical work has made her the recipient of many awards, among them are the New Century Scholar Fulbright Award and the American-Israeli Bi-Nationally Foundation Award.
In 2023 she has been nominated a s a full member of the honor science society Sigma Xi.
