Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), EMDR Therapist, specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and relationships, with over 20 years of clinical experience.
Trauma, PTSD, EMDR, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), an EMDR therapist, with over 20 years of experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns. I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, loss, and relationship challenges.
I believe that after trauma, loss, or periods of deep emotional hardship, it is possible to rediscover a sense of safety, connection, and hope. Therapy is a secure space where we can understand the impact of the past, begin healing, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am trained in EMDR and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and I integrate EMDR with Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in cases where this approach is appropriate and clinically indicated.
My therapeutic approach combines EMDR with CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while tailoring treatment to the unique needs and pace of each individual. My goal is to help people recover from the effects of trauma and distress, strengthen emotional resilience, and build deeper connections with themselves and the people who matter most to them.
I provide therapy in both English and Hebrew to clients in Israel and around the world. Supporting Israeli soldiers, physicians, and military reservists is especially meaningful to me, and I strive to make therapy accessible whenever possible.
